IMPORTANT NOTICE

For Malaysian passport photos, we strictly adhere to the government’s prescribed guidelines. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the authorities will accept the photos. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Booking and Payment Policy

1. Deposit Requirement:
   To secure your appointment, you must pay a 50% deposit of the total amount. We will only reserve your session once you provide the deposit bank slip. We schedule sessions on a first-come, first-served basis according to when we receive payment.
2. Balance Payment:
   You must settle the remaining balance after your session.
   Cancellation and Deposit Forfeiture:
   If you cancel your session for personal reasons, we will forfeit your deposit.
3. Cancellation and Deposit Forfeiture:
   Deposits will be forfeited in cases of session cancellation due to personal reasons.

Disclaimer

1. Appointment Confirmation and Rescheduling:
   • Please confirm your preferred time before you schedule an appointment.
   • If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 3 hours before your session. We cannot accommodate requests made within 3 hours of the session.
2. Deposit Validity:
   • Your deposit remains valid for 30 days from the payment date. After 30 days, we will forfeit the deposit, and it becomes non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy:
   • If you do not attend your session or notify us of your absence, you will forfeit the session and your deposit.
4. Punctuality:
   • If you arrive 15 minutes late: We will be unable to provide makeup and hairdo services due to insufficient time.
     
   • If you arrive 30 minutes late or more: We will consider the session abandoned and will forfeit your deposit.
     

If you forfeit a session, you must make a new reservation and pay a new deposit.
