Studio Terms

– Each package includes Hair & Makeup for one person only.
– For Duo or Group photoshoots, please purchase additional Hair & Makeup services.
– Add-on products or services must be used by the same person with the same styling.

• Preparation Tips
  • Get enough sleep and avoid excessive water intake before your session.
  • Apply a moisturizing mask the night before for better makeup results.
  • If you experience facial allergies, please reschedule your session.
  • Ensure even hair color; dye roots or gray areas beforehand.
  • Avoid cosmetic procedures (tattooing, etc.) one week before your shoot.
  • Apply lip balm overnight if lips are dry or chapped.
  • Glasses may reflect studio lighting — contact lenses or non-prescription frames are recommended.
  • If you have eyelash extensions, ensure they’re tidy and filled before your session.
  • Please inform our team if you have product allergies or bring your own skincare/makeup items.
  • Inform the team of any specific requirements or concerns (e.g., sensitive skin, preferred angles).

• We provide basic formal wear (Sizes S–L).
• You may bring your own outfit for a better fit or preferred style.
• For full-body shots, please bring your own shoes.
• For hygiene and comfort reasons, personal attire is encouraged.
• Communicate with us in advance regarding your styling preferences before the shoot.
• Our staff will assist with styling coordination on-site.

• For headshots and professional corporate photos, bringing your own outfit is highly recommended for the best fit and personal image.

– Each package includes One(1) outfit and One(1) background.
– Additional outfit or background changes will incur extra charges and must be prearranged during booking.

• Estimated Shooting Time
  • ID Photo / Headshot: 15–30 minutes
  • Portrait / Duo / Group: 60–120 minutes
• During Your Session
  • Prepare and identify your preferred style before the shot.
  • Communicate your goals and preferences with the staff before and during the shoot.
  • Props: Limited in-studio – clients are encouraged to bring their own.
  • Inform us immediately if any pose or action makes you uncomfortable.
  • For privacy, our studio uses semi-closed partitions.
  • If you have specific staff preferences, please let us know before your appointment.
  • Once photos are selected, no changes can be made the next day.
  • Additional photo purchases are available upon request.
  • Limit the number of people accompanying you to avoid distractions during the session.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the shooting area to protect equipment and backdrops.
  • To respect the privacy and security of all, please refrain from taking photos or videos on the premises unless given explicit permission.
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all areas of the studio.

• Preview photos in real-time after the shots
• Get assistance in selecting the best shots.

After photo selection, our photographer will inform you of the retouching schedule.

• Retouching Includes
  
  • • Skin smoothing, acne/scar removal, facial slimming, posture correction, flyaway hair removal, and symmetry adjustment.
    • Note: ID photos cannot remove permanent facial features (e.g., moles).
    • Digital makeup is available if the on-set makeup is insufficient.
• On-Site Retouching
  
  • For Single ID photos are processed and ready on the spot.
  • For Headshot and portrait photos are ready within approximately 2–3 working weeks.

• Final Files & Storage
  
  • Log in to our PixlrVault secure photo download system within 30 days to download your secure digital photo.
  • Final digital files are stored for 30 days – please download and back them up promptly.
  • Unedited RAW files are retained for 3 days only.
